“Worrying is praying for what you don't want”.

Worrying is praying for what you don't want”.

- Bhagavan Das

Imagine you are born with a limited amount of Life energy. Chinese medicine says you receive your allotment of ancestral, universal and personal energy at your birth.

Now, how are you going to manage your assets, knowing that each thought is using up some of your capital? A happy, productive, loving thought will generate energy. A sad, worrying, critical thought will create a reality that you don’t like and thus will start to fight wasting huge amounts of your precious energy capital.

The Serenity prayer says: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. (Reinhold Niebuhr (1892-1971)). This simple rule brings ethics and ecology into our life management. We watch our thoughts carefully to discern whether they may bring new life energy and abundance or just waste our force and give rise to a painful future. Our deeds will become constructive, in the highest interest of all that live on Earth. If this vision appeals to you, let’s join forces and restructure our daily life. Hopefully, governments and economical powers will follow suit.
